It's great to hear from someone else who loves Bermuda. I've been wanting to set a book there for a long time. I did a lot of research about the island during WW II to prepare for writing it and I love highlighting Bermuda throughout the book. I'm glad you liked the blog and thanks for commenting.

That is so nice of you to say. I liked him a lot, too. He was a great character to write. He and Patience were the contemporary generation and part two of the book focused on the love story between Patience's grandparents during WW II. William Whitestone, the spy, was another character that I enjoyed writing. He had a dark and a light side. Part Two is full of intrigue and romance and has a neat "first meet" between Patience's grandparents that mirrors Patience and Nathaniel's first meet.
